Nikoleta Apostolopappa
PhysiotherapistMy name is Nicoletta Apostolopappa and I am a young kinesitherapy specialist. During my studies, I focused my interest on healing and therapeutic massages, and to date I have gained extensive practice in this field. My professional experience also includes working in a hospice environment, where within three months I had the opportunity to care for patients with increased need for attention, delicacy, and an individual approach. This period contributed to building deeper empathy, patience, and an eye for detail in my work.
Why did you choose to work for Mrs. Diana Petrova? What does this job give you?
My choice to become part of Ms. Diana Petrova’s team was completely natural. From our first meeting, I was impressed by the high professionalism, aesthetics in the work process, and dedication to every client of our clinic.
Our shared vision of implementing the highest standards in the industry and numerous satisfied customers made me even more convinced that I was in the right place.
What challenges do you face in your work and how do you overcome them?
As a relatively young professional, for me every new situation is an opportunity to learn. The most common challenge is finding the most appropriate approach for the specific patient. My experience working in a hospice has helped me build patience and sensitivity to people’s needs, and through constant practice and training, I am able to cope more and more confidently.
How do you earn customer trust?
Trust is the result of consistency, attitude, and expertise. It is important to me that every client feels heard, understood, and at ease.
Through clear communication, personalized therapy, and attention to detail, I build a relationship based on respect and security.
For you, beauty is…?
Beauty is an expression of balance – between body, mind, and an inner sense of harmony. It is the natural reflection of the care a person takes for themselves.
